- Ordering Process To place an order, please contact Maybury Group Limited to schedule a consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss your needs and preferences and provide a quote for the proposed work. Once the quote has been accepted, we will schedule the work and provide an estimated completion date.
- Payment Terms All payments must be made as per agreement to the commencement of work. We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card. If a payment is not received in full, Maybury Group Limited reserves the right to postpone or cancel the work. Staged Payment / Deposit Agreement at discretion.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule the work, please notify Maybury Group Limited as soon as possible. Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
- Site Preparation It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the work site is properly prepared prior to the start of work. This includes ensuring that the site is clean, clear of obstacles, and ready for the installation of the products.
- Work Completion Maybury Group Limited will make every effort to complete the work within the estimated timeframe. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in the completion of the work. Maybury Group Limited will keep the client informed of any changes to the estimated completion date.
- Product Warranty Maybury Group Limited offers a product warranty for all products installed. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or maintenance.
- Liability Maybury Group Limited is not responsible for any damage or injury that occurs during the installation process or as a result of the use of the products installed. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the products are used and maintained properly.
- Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute between the client and Maybury Group Limited, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the dispute. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek resolution through arbitration.
- Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
